Meet The Team

Andrew Fox

managing Director - ACT

Andrew is a highly skilled Certified Practicing Project Director and chartered project professional with extensive experience across both major programmes and projects across both the private and public sectors.

In these roles Andrews leadership, management and project expertise has seen him successfully deliver a multitude of complex programme and project initiatives.

Andrew is committed to working with the business to analyse complex situations then develop and tailor options to deliver the most effective solutions- ensuring the needs and requirements of each customer are met to a high-standard.

Andrew’s skills include strategic planning, governance, programme/project management, risk and issue management, change/exception management, facilitation, transition and change management, education and training.

With experience spanning a range of government and non-government sectors, Andrew has worked at senior levels in Defence, Australian Federal Police, Finance, Education and Business Services.

Andrew has a masters degree project management from the University of Adelaide and is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Project Management through the University of South Australia, he is a Chartered Project Professional, a Certified Practicing Project Director, Certified PRINCE2® and MSP® Practitioner, Certified Project Management Professional. Andrew’s education represents evidence of the highest standards of governance, project/change management and business acumen.

To add another dimension of value, Andrew also lectures at the Australian National University on their masters of project management degree and is actively involved in the ANU mentoring programme and mentors emerging project professionals and as a board member for GAPPS, he actively supports alignment and transportability of standards and qualifications for leadership and management of projects, programs and portfolios.

Wendi Ma

ICT Consultant - ACT

Wendi is a highly skilled ICT Support Consultant and PM3 trainer at The Project Bureau. He holds extensive experience in using, managing, and implementing PM3. He is proficient in providing audience tailored PM3 training for both new employees and clients. He had delivered over 10 audience-tailored trainings on behalf of The Project Bureau. With the help of his engineering background, he is able to pick up new software quickly, understand the logic behind it and explain them in the simplest way for non-technical background personnel.

Wendi is also responsible for designing and implementing ICT solutions for The Project Bureau. He has implemented security controls at The Project Bureau to meet the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) standard, designed business network system, implemented Teams Voice system and
continuously providing training internally and offering Microsoft Office Suite supports.

Besides his assigned duties, he also autonomously undertakes several other job duties to support company development, they include sales team building and training, cross-functional team leading, business development and assisting with financial model development.

In Wendi’s career, his management skills and collaborative spirits has helped him successfully achieved a number of awards during both the start-up running period and university study.

Wendi holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Materials System Engineering from The Australian National University and is currently undertaking another career improvement study around project management.

Anissa Mashor

Business Analyst - ACT

Anissa is currently a Business Analyst and PM3 Consultant at The Project Bureau. She has extensive experience in PM3 software. Her role is to lead user requirement analysis and ensure that all users will be able to maximise PM3 to its full potential. She constantly provides functional support to business and ICT teams and has led, coordinated and managed cross-functional teams for tender responses to ensure that all requirements are captured, and content were synchronised and delivered correctly.

Prior to her career as Business Analyst, Anissa has an extensive Marketing experience in e-commerce where she was in charge of influencer outreach and managing campaigns in multiple product categories. She also has experience in B2B marketing where she oversaw marketing activities for PM3 at The Project Bureau.
Anissa’s experience in the project management and e-commerce industry has enabled her to develop her core competencies and skills which include business analytical thinking, problem-solving, business knowledge and user requirement analysis skills.

Yuyang-Chen

Yuyang Chen

Principal Consultant

Yuyang Chen is the Country Manager in The Project Bureau China Office. He was a Sales Manager of Oceania in last company working in both English and Chinese. 

Yunyang currently holds a doctoral research position at the University of Canberra, studying a Doctor of Philosophy, specialising in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, all while providing most of local support for The Project Bureau teams and their work in China.

Raymond-Young

Raymond Young

ICT Consultant - ACT

Dr Raymond Young’s career alternates between industry, consulting and academia. Prior to joining The Project Bureau he was a senior associate professor in project management at Xian Jiaotong Liverpool University (XJTLU). He has a decade of management consulting experience culminating in a CIO role within Fujitsu Australia.

Dr Young is a world authority in the area of project governance. His research has been published by Standards Australia (HB280) and Wiley (2021) to guide boards and top managers on how to influence
business projects to succeed (HB280). His research informed the development of the Australian and international governance standards AS8016 and ISO38500. It is potentially the first major breakthrough on IT project failure in over 50 years and some indicators suggest his concepts could increase GDP by 1.6% – 3.1%.

Dr Young is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Project Management (FAIPM) and a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA). He is a founding member of the committee that developed the Australian and international governance standards AS8016 and ISO38500.

Michael-Brydon

Michael Brydon

Sales Manager - NSW

Michael has more the four decades of sales experience and is expert in developing sales strategies into new areas.

He has a real skill in being able to open doors for companies an unafraid to pick up the phone to build real relationships with his customers and close the deals.

Michael supports his customers in making the right choices for their organisation and focusses on providing solutions rather than just making a sale for the sake of making a sale.

Michael is expert and determining the features of a product, the benefits it can provide and the advantages of one particular product over another.
